Ingredients
- 4 partridge breasts
- 8 corn or wheat pancakes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 8 lettuce leaves
- Tex Mex shredded cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 sachet Mexican spice mix (Old El Paso)
- 5% sour cream
- 1 avocado
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Chop the vegetables (peppers, jalapeño and onion).
- In a very hot skillet, brown the vegetables in olive oil.
- Salt, pepper and set aside.
- Cut the breasts into strips
- In a very hot skillet, brown the strips with the Mexican seasonings following the instructions on the packet.
- Slightly heat the patties and garnish them with the strips, vegetables and the rest of the ingredients.
