You must return your items to our Marieville warehouse by post or Purolator to your costs

LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from Sportchief do not completely suit you, we will grant returns within 30 days of receipt if all of the following conditions are met:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

If the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged delivery costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN PAR LA POSTE OU PUROLATOR

Return the package to Sportchief's warehouse at your expense, the merchandise must be adequately packaged in order to protect. We advise you to take out insurance in the event of loss (higher costs)

We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Guarantee

The items supplied by Sportchief are new and without defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In these cases, we will replace the product or refund you using the same payment method of the purchase.

Return policy

At Sportchief, our goal is for our customers to adopt our clothing and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund eligible merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of the date receipt of your order.

NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS.

Products returned in new condition only

At Sportchief, we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we will need to be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all labels must be attached and the packaging must be intact.

To be considered new, a product must be clean, odorless and free of animal hair. In the same way that a customer can try on a coat in store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a fitting.

It is at the discretion of Sportchief to decide if the product is no longer in acceptable condition.

Products purchased on sale

Products at 50% off or more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether online or in store.

Reimbursement period

Once your package is received at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these delays may be longer. Please note that these times do not include delivery to and from our premises.

Delivery method

When you order online, in the majority of cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in one shipment. Sometimes, this will be delivered to you by Canada Post, depending on your postal address. You may be charged additional delivery fees if our carrier charges us extra to deliver to your address (remote areas). 

 Delivery

  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No package delivered to a post office box.
  • The billing address must be the same as that on the credit card used.
  • Orders originating from Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.
