So you have plenty of time to choose, give, and if necessary, return your items. Enjoy your shopping with peace of mind!

CANADA POST STRIKE:
We want to reassure you: our main carrier remains Purolator with signature, which allows us to maintain reliable delivery service for the vast majority of our customers.
However, for deliveries in certain remote areas, Canada Post remains our only available carrier. In these cases, there may be additional delays beyond our control.
Rest assured that we are working very hard to offer you the best possible service, no matter the situation. Thank you for your understanding and trust!

LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE
If the products you purchased from Sportchief do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt if all the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been worn.
- It is still in its original box.
- You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.
If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be returned to you and shipping fees may be charged to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL OR PUROLATOR
Return the package to the Sportchief warehouse at your expense, the merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We recommend taking insurance in case of loss (higher cost)
We will process the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for carrier shipping time as well as credit processing.

Warranty
Items provided by Sportchief are new and without defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect if the product has been used under normal conditions. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Policy
At Sportchief, our goal is for our customers to embrace our clothing and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or damaged or that has a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order.
NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS.
Products returned in new condition only
At Sportchief, we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all tags must be attached, and the packaging must be intact.
To be considered new, a product must be clean, odor-free, and free of pet hair. Just as a customer can try on a coat in-store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a fitting.
It is at the discretion of Sportchief to decide if the product is no longer in an acceptable condition.
Sale items
Products with 50% discount or more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether online or in-store.
Refund time
Once your package is received at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these times may be longer. Please note that these times do not include shipping to and from our premises.
Delivery method
When you order online, in most cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in a single shipment. Sometimes, it will be delivered to you by Canada Post, depending on your postal address. Additional delivery fees may be charged if our carrier charges us extra fees to deliver to your address (remote regions).
Delivery
- Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
- Delivery to residences only.
- No packages delivered to a P.O. box.
- The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.
- Orders from Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories will not be served by our company.
