TERMS OF DELIVERY

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • In Canada only.
  • Free transportation with any purchase of $100 or more, in Quebec (*) and Ontario only, 
    • With the exception of remote regions such as Manicouagan, Basse-Côte-Nord or others (see below for fees).
  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No package delivered to a post office box.
  • The billing address must be the same as that on the credit card used.

2- General Fixed fees in Canada only on regular service - delivery times are between 4 to 7 working days

  • Quebec (*) and Ontario: $15 (*) with the exception of remote regions such as Basse-Côte-Nord, Manicouagan or others in Quebec, we will contact you for these fees.
  • Labrador and Newfoundland: $55  
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: $19  
  • Manitoba: 23$
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan: 25$ 
  • British Columbia: $28 
  • Orders originating from Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.

TRACKING CONTROL :

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by Purolator with signature.

CONDITIONS OF SALE :

  1. DELIVERY TIME

A period of 4 to 9 business days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable to Canada only.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

Sportchief declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Sportchief ships all its orders with a required signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the receiving location, this means that you agree to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Sportchief disclaims all liability and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.

***UPDATE December 16, 2024***

Good news: Canada Post will gradually resume its services from December 17, 2024. However, the accumulated delay could lead to additional delivery delays.

Will your order arrive on time despite the Canada Post strike?

We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders quickly, especially at this time of year.

Since November 15, 2024, a national Canada Post strike has affected the processing and delivery of mail and packages.

For remote areas where Canada Post normally provides final delivery, packages will be held at the nearest collection point and sent once the conflict is over.

Otherwise, all orders will be delivered by Purolator carrier.
