Ingredients :

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cumin
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 cups diced turkey
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 2 boxes of corn grain
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • Black peppercorns (crushed)

Preparation :

  1. In your largest pot, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, chipotle powder and pepper over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add carrots, sliced ​​onion and wild turkey, cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth, corn and tomatoes, bring to the boil then simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with a little fresh cilantro in each bowl.
