We asked Mario Huot, our proud ambassador, for his best wild turkey recipe. Discover Mario Huot's secret recipe for a Tex-Mex wild turkey soup meal: tasty, juicy and irresistible!
Before cooking this delicious Tex-Mex meal soup, he immerses the turkey in a giant pot filled with oil. The impact of heat and oil will create a thick layer which ensures that the meat inside will not lose its juices. Hello juicy and tasty meat! Then, he will vacuum-pack portions that he can then slip into a quick recipe when returning from a late hunt, for example. Enjoy your food!
